Service Overview
Once your software is built, we help maintain and manage your application stack so it stays secure, reliable and useful.
Maintenance can cover dependency updates, monitoring, small improvements, issue triage, vendor coordination and technical oversight.
We offer fixed price support on a month to month contract, with additional service available as needed.
We will meet with you to discuss your current stack and what you're currently doing on maintenance. If it's an application that we've recently built for you, this is unnecessary. Based on our consultation, we'll be able to tell you if we're able to maintain your application and to what degree, and suggest an appropriate number of hours.
Most applications can be adequately cared for on 10-20 hours per month.
There's no minimum service time, and contracts are month-to-month, or for deeper discounts, annual contracts are available.
Additional maintenance can be purchased, if required, at any time.
We will endeavour to handle mission critical work on an immediate basis, but in any case we'll be able to work on your application within hours of receiving a direct request from you for anything urgent.
Less urgent tickets will be allocated throughout the month to provide available hours for anything important.
Work is prioritised based on recommendations from us on anything important, and direct requirements from you that might cover anything that can be done within the hours available for a normal month.
