Use this offer when you need senior technology judgment in the business, but do not need or cannot yet justify a permanent executive technology role.
A typical engagement will be half a day to a full day a week over a roughly three month period, which could then be extended for as long as needed.
We would probably want to start with a full business tech review in order to understand your business well.
Based on this, we'll have a series of recommendations that, with your agreement, we can get started on.
Depending on what these are, we might start with the staff or with the technology stack itself, but either way, we'll be able to progress that increases the technical sophistication of your business and align it with your business needs.
An initial engagement of three months, which will be extended based on further recommendations.
Typically, we will be able to improve your technology position, implement or remove unnecessary software, resulting in increased productivity or income.
Some businesses might require more work, others will be easier.
