Service Overview
This is a rapid service, covering one to two weeks. Based on this initial review, we'll have a good understanding of how the tech is used in your business and some recommendations for moving forward. We can use this as a basis for starting the discussion around software, or reduction of spend, or any other technical requirements.
The outcome is a clear view of what's working, what is not, and what should be fixed first.
After an initial conversation with you to understand a bit about your business, we'll want to have a quick conversation with other stakeholders. We might also need access to certain things to have a baseline understanding of the technology used.
Based on the initial conversation, if anything else is needed, we'll let you know.
This is not designed to be a thorough audit of all of your tech use in the business, but rather a rapid overview.
If a more in-depth review is required we'll let you know.
At the end of the review, we'll prepare a report and present the findings to you in a meeting. We'll answer any questions you might have, and discuss our recommendations with you. Based on this, you might be able to take on some of those recommendations yourself, or engage us further to fix them.
Total cost is AUD$2500 (+GST), which includes any meetings, complete review as discussed, report preparation and presentation.
